PRACTICE GUIDE
Build a practice routine you can actually measure.
Separate training from competition, use the same entry method each session, and compare consistent time periods instead of judging progress from one hot round.
01
Start with solo volume
Use short, repeatable sessions and log every bag. Watch practice PPR, board rate, and hole rate without changing your real-game record.
02
Add pressure with the ghost
Compete against a target based on your trailing-30-day real-game form. The ghost reveals its inning before you throw and can win through normal cancellation scoring.
03
Compare the right period
Use weekly views for recent adjustments, monthly views for current form, and yearly views for long-term development.
04
Keep practice isolated
Do not combine training sessions with official wins, losses, tournament standings, or head-to-head comparisons.
