FourBagr Privacy Policy
This policy explains the categories of information used to provide FourBagr and the choices available to account holders and event participants.
Information we process
Account details may include a name, username, email, password hash, profile image, membership status, preferences, and authentication records. Event data may include registrations, teams, scores, brackets, board assignments, messages, and uploaded pictures. Advanced Bag Counting and Practice may store bag results and calculated performance.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, run games and tournaments, synchronize devices, provide player history and comparisons, administer Premium access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain backups, and improve reliability.
Usage analytics
FourBagr may record daily page-view totals, account creation, games, tournaments, rooms, and subscription lifecycle events so administrators can understand service usage. Daily unique visitors are counted with rotating one-day hashes; the analytics table does not retain raw IP addresses.
Private links and visibility
Private tournament and Just Play links act as access capabilities. Recipients should protect them. Operational app pages are excluded from the public sitemap and marked noindex, but search controls are not a substitute for authorization.
Service providers
Hosting, email delivery, payment processing, network security, and backup providers may process limited information needed to provide their services. FourBagr does not store full payment-card numbers.
Retention and deletion
Creators can place tournaments and rooms in a recoverable removed state. Authorized administrators may permanently delete source records and unreferenced uploads after preserving eligible account-owned history. Backup copies may remain until normal retention expires.
Your choices
Account holders can update profile details, adjust discoverability, manage billing, request support, and ask about access or deletion. Some retained game history may belong to multiple participants and may be preserved in de-identified or account-owned form where appropriate.
Security
FourBagr uses access controls, secure cookies, request limits, encrypted operational secrets, private origin networking, backups, and other safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
